In today's episode, Chase and May talk about relationships, boundary setting, and healing. We will all encounter people in our lives that test our boundaries or share different values from us. On top of that, we are all constantly changing and healing, which can create friction in our relationships. You may love someone deeply, but if they cannot meet you where you are, it's hard to maintain a healthy dynamic. Ending relationships is not a failure, and it is okay to leave space in your heart for people while realizing they cannot be in your life right now.

May shares how she took stock of her relationships in order to identify what wasn't working for her. Furthermore, she discusses how she developed boundaries to protect her wellbeing and maintain a positive attitude toward others.

Additionally, Chase and May discuss how healing is a continuous process. The two will discuss how their foundation of radical honesty and communication has enabled them to communicate where they are emotionally in order to know what to do individually to support each other, and when to focus on themselves alone.
