In the era of exhaustive diets and fitness regimes, listening and understanding what your body really needs can be difficult but not impossible. We need to get rid of the things we do not use and focus on that which needs to be prioritized.
"I need to keto harder" or "I need to diet harder" are only rants to trick or force yourself into doing things to please others.
This is where being like a kid can help. Children enjoy doing things and do it for the fun of the process and learning through it. What's more, they are invisibly rewarded for it later on in their lives. Something which doesn't give you immediate rewards, could have something better in store for your future.
Practise healthy eating. Cutting out completely on the carbs or the proteins could just not go well with your body. Abel stresses the need to replace the term "fruits and vegetables" with "vegetables and fruits". Do you see why he does that? You need to reverse the priority you give to the two!
Focus your energy in the right direction and invest in those that are good for you.
