After spending years in the finance world growing and managing wealth for others, Trent realized he wanted more out of his career - and more out of his life. Shifting his focus to the growing fitness industry and realizing the growing demand for safe, effective workouts without needing to go to the gym he created the most modern approach to at-home fitness we have seen in years! Forme is the new standard when it comes to workouts that actually get you results, are cost-effective for the whole household to use, and still provides that sense of connection and community we have come to love from the traditional gym experience.

"Trent had a successful career in finance, I was an investment banker doing mergers and acquisitions for consumer companies for a while, and then spent several years at a big hedge fund managing a portfolio, as an equity investor. It was exciting and fun, and I learned a lot.
Then when I was switching funds and I had to sit out my non-compete clause, I started getting involved in some entrepreneurial stuff and one thing led to another. One of the ideas I had was Forme, and I started to get really excited about it, and it got to the point where it became the only thing I was doing.
I moved back to California, which is where I was raised. I spent time in San Francisco, which is where a lot of our engineers are, and in LA, which is where all of our business and content and marketing is based.
It’s a super exciting time to now be public with it after four years and I’m excited for consumers to be able to experience what we’ve created."
