He and I talk anatomy of the shoulder and upper body, how to best rehabilitate from an injury like this and ways to safely begin exercising again.

That is the quote on Kenny Santucci's home page and very much the crux of our conversation in this special bonus episode, Coffee Talk. Mike Salemi specializes in human performance and is a sought after international presenter in the field of health and fitness.

Mike has a diverse background in strength and conditioning and has competed over the course of 15+ years at an elite level in Powerlifting and Kettlebell Sport. Through his own path of resolving sport-related injuries, Mike understands the importance of integrating the body, mind, and spirit as a means to foster high performance for the long term. His motivation is to help athletes, fitness professionals, and coaches discover their own potential from the inside-out.

Professionally, Mike has served as a Division 1 strength and conditioning coach for Santa Clara University, as well as been the trainer to elite athletes across a wide range of sports.

His focus is teaching educational workshops, certifications, and creating programs on unconventional training that build more balanced athletes.

What does a cross-country runner, pole vaulter, CrossFitter, personal trainer, nutrition therapist, bikini competitor, Maxim and fitness cover model have in common? They all briefly describe the accomplishments of Janna Breslin! Janna shares her personal journey of how she was able to take control of her health, inside and out, and build a massive audience along the way.

Janna is a professional model, Certified Nutritional Therapist, and NASM certified personal trainer based in San Diego, California. In 2015 she happily made her way onto the covers of both Max Sports & Fitness Magazine and Train for Her Magazine, as well as featured in Oxygen Australia, Maxim South Africa, and Inside Fitness Magazine.

Janna’s modeling journey started in 2008. She found her niche with fitness and swimwear when she decided to compete in National Physique Committee competitions and took home 6 winnings in the bikini division.
